Wednesdays – Spinning Technique/ Preparation 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM & Shines Intermediate/Advanced 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Thursdays – Open Shines 3 Levels 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM & Special Workout Series (TBA) 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Saturdays – Ladies Styling – 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM & Open Shines 3 Levels 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
