Class Information:
NY Style Salsa also known as Mambo or Salsa On 2 incorporates smooth turn patterns, footwork sequences and body movement. This popular style of salsa is danced all around the world not just New York! Gabi Lynch has a lifetime of experience dancing, performing and teaching. Gabi danced salsa professionally with Yamulee’s pro team and Karisma Dancers in NYC. This open level class is 1.5 hours and this time allows for the break down of each step and lots of repetition with the music. Gabi focuses on teaching functional shines you can actually use while social dancing. She checks in with each student multiple times throughout the class and encourage lots of questions.
