Ladies Styling Class 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM In Person weekly class with Shani Talmor Mondays starting on December 7, 2020 at Ripley Grier Studios.

Location: Ripley Grier Studios – 500 8th Avenue – New York NY, 10018.

Will be working on stamina, technique, fundamentals for stretching focus on weight transfer while dancing for maximum movement, core work, cooperating hips motions, shoulders movements, balance & posture.

Also spinning technique for all kinds of turns that are use while dancing alone or with a partner. Including body movement, body isolation combining & fusing with different elements, styles combines with Afro cuban movement while doing open shines.
